volunteer opportunities
Volunteers are an integral part of Jubilee’s success. Last year, Jubilee’s volunteers provided over $100,000 worth of their precious time! Jubilee has different types of volunteer opportunities for individuals, students, service learners, interns, groups, families and other teams.
Year-Round
- Front office volunteers greet visitors and help direct women seeking services. Help 2 to 4 hours weekly.
- Boutique volunteers sort clothing donations and assist shoppers in the boutique on weekdays.
- Teachers and One-on-One Technology Coaches help residents gain job skills.
- Join a Committee or the Board of Directors.
- Host a Donation Drive: Help meet JWC residents' needs by hosting a donation drive with your company, parish, community group, or at your next party! Contact us to learn about our current needs.
- Host a Dinner Party: Help raise awareness for Jubilee's mission, while having fun with your friends! Contact us for more information.
One-Time
- Gardening & Yard Work Volunteers to help maintain our vegetable garden and grounds.
- Bulk Mailing Volunteers help keep Jubilee's program running!
- Clean and prepare bedrooms for new residents moving into Jubilee!
- Cook a Community Meal for our residents.
