APPLICATION PROCESS for JUBILEE WOMEN’S CENTER

Jubilee's mission is to provide women a safe and supportive place to live and an opportunity to learn while becoming self-reliant in housing and employment.

Thank you for your interest in Jubilee Women’s Center. The purpose of this sheet is to explain the steps and process for applying to our program. If you have any questions, please give us a call and we would be happy to help you through this process. Please read and follow all of the instructions.

  • Provide Verification of Income (Examples of income verification: Copies of award letters from DSHS, SSDI, pay stubs).
  • Determine 3 References from service providers (Examples of service providers: Doctor, Case Manager, Therapist). Give each reference a copy of the reference form. They are to fill it out and they fax or mail it back to Jubilee within 10 days.
  • Return application and income verification either by fax, mail or in-person.

  • Initial eligibility is determined. You will either be put on the waitlist or sent a letter of ineligibility. All accepted applications are put on the waitlist in the order they were received. Being put on the wait list does not mean you have been accepted into the Jubilee program.
  • Wait to be called for an interview.  When your name reaches the top of the waitlist you will be called for an interview. Final determination of your acceptance into Jubilee will follow your interview.
  • Go to your interview appointment at Jubilee Women’s Center. Please bring your most recent income verification form with you to your appointment.
