Our Programs


A key component of Jubilee’s program is a broad curriculum of training classes and workshops in our Learning & Opportunity Center (LOC), which serves both residents and other low-income women in the community.

Free Classes

Jubilee’s Learning & Opportunity Center offers free courses for income-qualified women (earning less than $20,000 per year) who want to develop skills in technology, communications, health, money management and job readiness. All courses are held at our main facility in a safe and supportive learning environment with laptop computers and a flexible space. To learn more, contact us by email or at 206.324.1244.

Free Computer Lab

The computer lab is free to any income-qualified woman (earning less than $20,000 per year), open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., except holidays. First-time users, please contact us by email or at 206.324.1244 to schedule an orientation.
