Jubilee might be the right program for me if:

  • I am an adult individual who identifies as female
  • I am experiencing homelessness or at risk for homelessness; living on the street, in an emergency shelter, or in a transitional housing facility; am a client of a case-management program serving the homeless, or living in unsuitable conditions (i.e. with active addict, on a friend’s couch, or in housing with occupancy restrictions.)
  • I have a monthly income below $2025
  • I am clean and sober at the time of entry

Financially I am able to pay:

  • A $75 deposit when I enter the program
  • 30% of my monthly income toward rent OR
  • $165 per month in room fees (whichever is greater) not to exceed $651/mo (based upon 30% Area Median (AMI) per City of Seattle)

As a participant in the program I agree to:

  • Maintain my assigned community household chores
  • Attend weekly house meetings
  • Respect others and work through conflicts as they arise
  • Live sober and submit to random drug testing

To aid in my own success I commit to:

  • Meet regularly with my Case Manager
  • Participate in 20 hours of work, school, professional development, or volunteering per week
  • Complete required Jubilee courses
  • Set short and long term goals and actively work toward finding sustainable housing

I’m excited about the opportunity to:

  • Have time and support to work on personal and professional goals
  • Participate in professional, financial, and creative learning
  • Access employment, education, and financial planning resources
  • Build community and long-term relationships

I’m a returning former resident and:

  • I left in good standing with Jubilee
  • I meet the criteria and agree to the guidelines above
